Clean Eating Coconut & Curry Turkey Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 pound green peas, OR 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 large, red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 (15 ounce) can light coconut milk

Directions:

  1. In a medium to large soup pot, brown the turkey in the olive oil.
  2. Once the meat is browned, add in all other ingredients and simmer until the meat is fully cooked.
