Healthy White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie Dough Bites

1 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup oat flour…
2 tbs coconut flour (or casein protein powder)
1/4 cup Truvia or erythritol
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 tbs chopped white chocolate

In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients well until a thick dough forms (you may need a little less or more milk depending on your protein powder). Wet hands and roll into 12 balls. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!
