Gluten Free French Toast (Clean Eating)

Ingredients:

– Ezekiel bread

– Eggs (I used 3 whites and 1 whole egg)

– Cinnamon – I smother mine in it

– Nutmeg – a pinch sprinkled on each piece of toast

– Stevia in the Raw -1 packet

– Berries

– 1 tsp Olive oil (for the pan)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, whisk, then pour mixture onto a plate. Dip each side of the toast until it’s well coated. Place toast in a pan over medium-high heat that has been lightly coated with olive oil. Cook for about 3-4 min in each side.
